PETPAL LLC – CANCELLATION & BOOKING POLICY

OUR COMMITMENT

We understand that plans can change — life happens!
We do our best to stay flexible while also protecting space reserved for every family that needs care.

STANDARD VISITS

(Daily drop-ins, walks, and similar services)

  • 48 hours or more before the first scheduled visit: No charge

  • 24–48 hours before the first scheduled visit: 50% of the total booking fee is due (Reserved time prevents us from accepting other clients)

  • Less than 24 hours’ notice or same-day cancellations: Full service fee applies

OVERNIGHT & TRAVEL CARE

  • 7 days or more before the start date: No charge

  • 3–6 days before the start date: 50% of the total stay is due

  • Within 72 hours of the start date or after service begins: Full service fee applies

HOLIDAY BOOKINGS

  • A non-refundable 25% deposit is required at the time of booking

  • Remaining balance is due 7 days before the start date

If cancelled within 7 days of service:

  • Deposit is forfeited plus

  • 50% of the remaining balance is due

EARLY RETURNS & LATE DEPARTURES

  • Early Return: No refunds for unused visits within 24 hours of notice

  • Extended Stay: We will do our best to accommodate Additional charges apply at standard rates

EMERGENCY CANCELLATIONS

If you must cancel due to a verified emergency (medical, weather event, or family emergency), fees may be waived or credited at the discretion of PetPal LLC.
