I understand that PetPal requires keys to be provided at the meet-and-greet. If keys are not ready for handoff, a $10 fee may apply for a return visit. If I do not wish PetPal to keep keys on file, a $10 drop-off fee applies. Lockboxes, hidden keys, mailboxes, or under-mat storage are not acceptable for security reasons.
